In this group class Series, the focus is on individual inner alignment of the body in combination with your natural flow of breath in movement.
The class structure allows for free individual expression while being guided within a experienced container as practice.
You’ll practice alongside the same group each time, building connection and shared growth.
This is not a drop-in class. Once the journey starts, the circle is closed until the next round.
So that you can settle in and we can start on time, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start.
Classes are held in English. Please bring your own mat.
